Workshops in the convent began to develop with its restoration. The most surprising of them is ceramic. This workshop began from an attempt to make small holytides gifts to visitors of the convent. Soon the most successful works draw everybody’s attention, and the convent was invited to a number of art exhibitions where we were awarded with diplomas. At the exhibition “Orthodox Russia” in Saint Petersburg in 1996-97 we got a diploma For a bright and interesting exposition, a high level of stand design.
Participation in the 2nd International exhibition Orthodox book and modern church art in the State Tretyakov gallery in September, 1997; in the Central Moscow House of Artists; on Christmas readings; in the Moscow City Hall in 1998; at the trade fair Christmas gift brought us high estimation and respect.
